Tasting Notes
"This unaged tequila is quite subdued aromatically: mostly low notes of earth and mineral with just a hint of honeydew melon and white flowers. On the palate, it’s true to the nose with the mineral notes and a strong earthy heat dominating the experience. The impression of white pepper, bell pepper and cedar give a bracing texture to the start followed by subtle sweet agave finish that lingers for a seeming eternity. Drink in a classic margarita or something tropical. "
