Tasting Notes
"There's a hot and earthy nose of asphalt, rubber cement and dusty, dry hay with notes of bubblegum and white pepper. It's heavy on the tongue, but not oily, and almost as sweet as it is hot. Granite and aloe are the faint flavor offerings and just hints of the initial aromatics are present. There is a defiantly bitter mid-palate and the finish is hot and bitter with a sweet and green agave flavor to end. Try in the "Last Word" cocktail and other gin cocktails."
