Tequila BlancoDistilled from 100% blue Weber agave, it is typically unaged , clear, and bottled straight after distillation. Sometimes rested in stainless steel up to 60 days and can also be aged in wood for no more than 30 days.

Tasting Notes
"Cooked agave, light spice and citrus peel (let's say lime) inform the nose. Heat tends to dominate other qualities on the palate, though there is some green tea, lime peel and green peppercorn. The medium finish extends the lime-peppercorn profile."
