Reviewed December 12, 2020 (edited February 10, 2021)Flavor is one note of citrus. Too acidic for my taste almost stringent. Opens up with water enough to be good but not interesting enough to be great. Doesn’t pair with smoke particularly well better with food or a pallet cleanser.
