The Dead Rabbit Irish Whiskey

Carmel noise, very sweet with taste like water and finish of pure wood. I like wood but this is intense and not in a pleasant way.

Caramel sweet and very smooth. Enjoyed but would probably not purchase. Not enough of a burn. Brooke says smooth and sweet, good whiskey. Not an every day whisky. Generally positive but not enthusiastic.
