The Dead Rabbit Irish Whiskey

Nose of oak, vanilla, apple, nuts. Palate sweet vanilla, cherry, pepper. Medium peppery finish. Rich nose, thinner palate.

A nice change from bourbon or rye. This blend will satisfy those that enjoy bourbon or rye. Has many of the same characteristics. Sweet, light smoke, vanilla, some spice/pepper at the end.

Forgettable

Very sweet, but not cloying. Strong vanilla on the first taste, but more complex and oaky after.

Nose: vanilla, nail polish, mint Palate: vanilla, creamy feeling upfront, later on more spiky, peppery, bit herbal Finish: pepper, oak, caramel sweet, bit bitter

Smooth and sweet. Long lasting finish.
