"There's a fresh-barrel woodiness on the nose, coupled with more char than vanilla and a slightly suppressed note of heat. A warm sweetness and pleasantly woody complexity emerge on the palate, as do hints of caramel and spice. A few drops of water releases appealing butterscotch attributes. Sip over a single, large cube of ice."
