Reviewed March 3, 2021Way better than the 75 rating, which is an outdated tasting. Classic in flavor and smell with honey straight away on both. Needs a minute to air out and a touch of water will open it up, but I don’t think it’s necessary. 85 rating, I believe, is much more representable. -

Reviewed February 19, 2021Straight off the bat there are strong notes of honey on the nose. Not sure where the nail polish remover came from but there are back ends of earthiness and fresh cut grass. Almost citrusy. The palette is very sweet and airy. Very refreshing and fluffy. Strong Irish feel to it as if I were walking the streets of Dublin.
