90 N: jalovec, citrusy, lehce rozmarýn, výrazné, bez alkoholu a hezky vyvážené 23 T: nejprve hodně citrusy, pak lehce jalovec a rozmarýn, hezky schovaný alkohol na skoro 44% 23 F: střední, citrusy a pak se pořád více ukazuje rozmarýn, jemná hřejivost alkoholu, kde už je ten alkohol trochu znát 22 B: dobrý v základu s fajn klasickými tóny a citrusy, doplněné o příjemný rozmarýn, který je tak akorát lehce 22

I don’t get any rosemary. It’s super alcoholic and tends to overpower any delicate cocktail. Wouldn’t buy again.

The rosemary is apparent and serves for a nice twist on a typical gin. Mild overall, lacks some zing.

Fragrant. Very floral, rosemary scent and sweetness are very present.

Unremarkable. Would rather go with one of the big brands over this

With the popularity of Eden Mill Rose creating a shortage on local shelves, I went looking for a substitute. While Rosemary Gin lacks that wonderful floral bitterness of Hibiscus, it more than makes up for it with the depth that the culinary herb brings to the party. Great pairing with Fever Tree Mediterranean tonic in a G&T.
