The Gin Factory - Rosemary Gin
Distilled Gin — Scotland
Reviewed August 2, 2019 (edited September 25, 2023)With the popularity of Eden Mill Rose creating a shortage on local shelves, I went looking for a substitute. While Rosemary Gin lacks that wonderful floral bitterness of Hibiscus, it more than makes up for it with the depth that the culinary herb brings to the party. Great pairing with Fever Tree Mediterranean tonic in a G&T. -
Heavy eucalyptus aroma that translates to menthol on the palate. This is the supposed influence of a botanical unique to this gin, the succulent called bottlebrush. Underpinned by a citrusy, peppery base with a slightly sweet malty taste. Excels in a Martini or G&T with a high gin:mixer ratio.Houston

District Made Ivy City Gin
Modern Gin — Washington D.C., USA
Reviewed April 11, 2019 (edited July 30, 2022)Great in a G&T. The unusual grain bill gives it a creamier mouthfeel with a little spiciness and pepper from the botanicals and rye grain.
