Glenlivet Caribbean Reserve

It's sweeter than the average whiskey, likely because of the rum barrel finish although I don't get any hints of rum. I enjoy it neat though it would be fine for a mixed drink too.

An absolute smooth ride from start to finish. Almost crushable.

Seville marmalade and apple on the nose. A flavour of pear drops, or perhaps sour apple jelly sweets, gives way to more sweetness of nectarines, pineapples and apricots on the finish.
