The Real McCoy 12 Year Rum

Excellent sipper. Very bourbon-like qualities.

Nice vanilla and sugarcane nose. Definitely on the dry side. Pretty good bite to it. 3.9.

With just a splash of water or one ice cube is best. Lovely toffee/caramel sweetness with tingly oaky notes. Less fruity and no dried cherry/raisiny flavor like Doorly's 12. Mccoy has a lovely brownsugary bourbon oak taste that differentiates itself well.

Hints of vanilla and caramel. Peppery on the tongue. Enjoyed with a splash of water. On the rocks watered it down too much for me
