The Representative Barrel Proof Straight Bourbon

The Representative r/Bourbon Single Barrel Straight Bourbon 112.94 Proof Glass: Glencairn, rested 15 minutes. Color: Medium amber. Nose: Caramel, butterscotch, a hint of marshmallow. Palate: More caramel and butterscotch with some clove and baking spice. Thicker than average mouthfeel. Finish: Low heat but stays with you a while. Splash: No new flavors are revealed. Overall: 7.5/10 - I really wanted to like this more, but it may grow on me. The finish just won't quit.

Good nose a traditional vanilla cinnamon flavor with good finish. Great bargain and competes with higher priced whiskey.

Nose: Very alcoholic/acetone…. I like it. Once you get past the acetone notes it opens up. Baking spice, nutmeg, cinnamon, vanilla. Some creamy coconut, redhot candy, light wafts of tobacco snd oiled leather. Palate: Sweet and spice, clove, light honey and some nuttiness. Finish: long, spice that develops on the back end of the lateral sides of the tongue. Super enjoyable and conplex for a 4 year ild bourbon. At $45 USD a bottle you really cant go wrong.
