Thomas S. Moore Cognac Cask Finished Bourbon

Has a sweetness that is enjoyable without being overbearing. Strong flavors but I’m not sure if they all work together. Still pretty good

Nose: rich caramel, vanilla sweetness, butterscotch, iodine Palate: up front oak, vanilla, caramel– a very subtle sweetness Finish: medium burn that rounds out into a nice cinnamon and Caramel finish. Long lasting finish with a rich cinnamon taste on every deep breath.
