TINCUP American Whiskey

A good way to describe this whiskey would be to just say four words. Brown Sugar, Smooth, Thin, Sweet. Not great but sneaks up on you like a submarine. Elegant yet minimal in complexity. Like in chess it has a strong opening, quiet middle game, and clever endgame. 4/5

Nose is a splendid complex of evergreen on top of the typical wood an vanilla of burbon. The taste of evergreen and honey blanket the tongue smoothly and sweetly. The after taste continues the evergreen and mild licorice and bitters that lasts till one puts on somethings else. Affordable and enjoyable as a regular sipper.
