Barr Hill Reserve Tom Cat Gin

This is like a cocktail in a glass! Beautiful floral notes with a big sweeping body of honey on the nose. On the tongue the oak is perfect and it’s not too sweet or overaged. The botanicals come out with an exhale and the finish is perfect. Highly recommended over one big ice cube.

I tried this side by side with their standard gin and felt that the aging really complimented it. It balances the honey and the spice notes work very well with the barrel notes. Great small batch gin, especially for a whiskey drinker.

Would make a fantastic old fashioned Whiskey-esque Sweet and oaky
