While i call out juniper…id say its more sage. The honey mixes very well across the sip. It would pair excellently with a thanksgiving dinner.

Sticky and resinous with barrel notes. A gin with barreled leanings or a piney, herbaceous whiskey. My current favorite over the Ransom, Koval, and St George offerings in this exclusive club.

An aromatic gin from Vermont that opens with notes of juniper berries & botanicals; it is aged for 6 months in new charred American White Oak adding notes of clementines, banana, caramel, & sawdust.
