Chocolate and caramel

The nose drops aromas of hard butterscotch candies with a hint of astringency. The Palate has a caramel/butterscotch sweetness on the front end which only lasts a couple seconds until it transitions to cinnamon and mint on the back end. As the Palate works into this spicy conclusion, it then bleeds into a medium acidic Finish with orange peel and leather biting the tongue for 15-20 seconds.
