Tasting Notes
"The first whiff conjures images of a butterscotch factory, followed by hints of roasted pears, and fresh-cut lumber. It comes alive on the palate with lots of spice in the form of white pepper, vanilla, cinnamon, and star anise--lots to discover there. The long finish is warm and comforting. Drink neat or in a hot buttered rum made with real butter of course. "
