Tasting Notes
"This unaged spirit is deliciously aromatic: fresh cut grass, sunny meadow, and green juice with hints of cantaloupe, butter, and banana flambé. Herbal flavors dominate the palate with bitter greens, raw cane juice, a touch of white pepper, vanilla, and cinnamon bark. Intriguing. Finishes long, the warm finish just hints at the sweet flavors. Drink in a classic Daiquiri of course. "
