Tequila BlancoDistilled from 100% blue Weber agave, it is typically unaged , clear, and bottled straight after distillation. Sometimes rested in stainless steel up to 60 days and can also be aged in wood for no more than 30 days.

"This is a very dry style with not much fruitiness, but lots of green pepper and lime zest. The spiciness is peppery rather than warm. There is a slight acetone/alcohol quality to the finish, which is very drying and short-lived."
