"Bittersweet chocolate and intense agave flavors are fueled by intense peppery spice. It has a sharp, cheesy funk with a rose petal floral note, that goes a bit dry and bitter with heavy charcoal smoke. Its proof and assertive flavors would make this a good mezcal base for cocktails, though it's decent as a neat sipper for those used to stronger mezcals. "
