"Flavors of lime, grapefruit cooked agave and briny minerality are doused in an assertive layer of saline. The smoke comes in the form of both sweet barbecue and something akin to the more rubbery version of Islay peat. "Cat" is an apt name for this as it goes down feeling like tiny little claws scratching on your throat, though it's still passably sippable. "
