"Clean with nearly no burn, which is surprising for a 101-proof unaged whiskey. Notes of earthy cereal grains on the nose with subtle notes of juniper and citrus. Citrus carries over into the palate with hints of cacao nibs and lemongrass. Clean and refreshing. "
