I felt there is a fairly fruity nose, fairly citrusy...peppery on the tongue but a nice long and enjoyable finish. Solid over all...my description also is nothing like it’s described as 🤣

Nose - lemon and honey, maybe a touch of oak spices
Palette - light, silky sweet with vanilla, honey sweetness mixed with slightly bitter lemon peel
Finish - lingering citrus sweetness with a touch of dryness, mild burn
Such a nice change of gear. The aroma is vibrant, bright and airy. Hints of lemon, honeysuckle and pear all wrapped in a toasted grain cereal. After it breathes a bit a ripe Granny Smith apple scent emerges. It’s light on the palate. A mineral taste like that of a river stone, followed by vanilla and lavender. Silky texture. This whiskey is so refined and elegant it might read a damn poem to you. A fantastic dram to recalibrate the taste buds.
