Tyrconnell Single Malt

A rich honey and vanilla nose, ripe fruit and a musty cereal undertone. A sweet and creamy arrival that comes in a little bright and hot but settles quickly into a medium dry finish.

Strong ethanol on nose. Let it sit for a few minutes and floral come out. Vanilla on taste.

4th place whiskey night. Apples on the nose. Delicate and smooth. Irish whiskey isn't generally my cup of tea, but this was a nice, easy-drinking whiskey.

Light note of pears but followed by a slight kefir nose. Punchy, young. One note. Would do well in a blend or cocktail.

Clean with a light honey and pleasing leather taste. Recommended Irish whisky.
