Uncle Nearest 1884 Small Batch Whiskey (Sourced Whiskey)

Nose: Bit of floral, butter popcorn, honey. Palate: Overused term, but just smooth as hell. Slight oaky notes. Some floral notes. Finish: Not overly hot or spicy. Sips to proof and definitely could be a daily drinker. Overall: This was a gift from my buddy who told me to listen to the How I Built This podcast before tasting it. I also watched the video on their website. Incredible story! Pleasantly surprised by this and will continue to be a fan and support this brand.
