RyeUnlike bourbon, rye whiskey can be made anywhere in the world. But if made in the US, the mash bill recipe must be at least 51% rye and it must be aged in new, charred oak barrels with no age requirement. Elsewhere, the rye whiskey will be made keeping the country of origin's rules regarding the recipe and minimum aging.

Tasting Notes
"The nose and palate is very reminiscent of a strawberry rhubarb pie baked with plenty of clove, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a butter crust (so think tart fruit and buttery pastry). The palate continues the tart, fresh berry flavors along with rosemary, thyme, mint, and a flavor akin to peach iced tea. The finish has a pleasant heat with an almost nutty, yet still sweet kick reminiscent of caramelized butter. "
