Tasting Notes
"Sweet, herbal aromas come through on the nose of Venus Spirits' second gin blend, with cardamom and fennel taking the lead. It's very soft on the palate, with spice notes that give way to juniper and the sweet vanilla of American oak on the finish. A light note of anise rounds it out even further. It's a unique, spice-forward gin, ripe for use in rich, stirred cocktails such as the Martinez. "
