Weller Special Reserve Bourbon

Good enough that even the 1st sip was good. Buttery mostly for me

The nose is sweet and fruity like a cherry. The taste continues the sweetness along with a comforting leather, woody note. The finish is long, especially for a 90 proof, continuing the leather woody notes and ultimately giving way to a baking spice sweetness.

Very sweet abd smooth bourbon. A great pour at an even better price (when found at retail).

Excellent! The right balance of cinnamon and other baking spices but not as sweet as Maker’s Mark. Just an all around good wheated bourbon with the right amount of burn at the end.
