Weller Special Reserve Bourbon

Flavorful, but the finish borders on astringent for me. Some caramel and apple notes I can pick up with the power of suggestion. Will need to try it again.

Theres something about the Weller reserve that is super refreshing. I really like the notable oak presence. There’s lots of vanilla and caramel, but im also getting some good herbal notes and baking spices! Super clean and truly a really good sipper!
