Weller Special Reserve Bourbon

"Note: Can't find Pappy? Drink this, the Weller 12 year or the Weller Antique." Note: poor comma usage aside, it is this kind of rubbish that immediately disqualifies you from speaking about whiskey with any semblance of authority. This is a great $17 bottle. It is low proof, easy to drink, and much better than MM & WR which somehow manage to be perceived as high end(ish). But that is it. It is not The Paps. It is not worth hoarding. It is not worth more than a Hamilton and change. But it is worth drinking if you're into that sort of thing.

This is my first bottle of whiskey, and I eventually came to thoroughly enjoy it once my taste buds started getting acclimated to whiskey in general. I will buy this again in the future.
