Tasting Notes
"While there is some rhubarb, the intensity on the nose is medium-light as is the juniper. Other aromas are difficult to pick up. Taste wise, the gin has lightly sweet taste but it's mostly dry with a gentle juniper flavor. There's some earthy and herbal notes, but it's not very assertive there. It's tangy and fruit-forward without being a sugary mess. Still, it lacks complexity. Best in simple drinks like a G&T or the flavors would be overpowered."
