Watershed Bourbon (Discontinued)

Nose: cereal, caramel after sitting out for 20 Palate: cereal, leather, just straight sugar Finish: super short, all white sugar

Very woody, almost stale, not much smoothness or other flavors.

First bourbon with intent

Very sweet. Strong notes and tastes of vanilla and custard. Really enjoying this one.

Columbus representing. Not top shelf by a mile but still good bourbon :)

Thin, not too sweet, grainy, simple. Quick finish. Very faint and very weak. Tastes like a much lower proof bourbon. It feels like this whiskey is immature, and it does not deliver on any of the flavors of what you'd expect a bourbon would obtain from a charred oak barrel. This is the only glass of bourbon I have ever poured down the drain.

Drinking the Pinot Noir finished version. Subtle notes of the wine coming through.
