Watershed Bourbon

Bought this hoping it'd be similar to the 6yr Barrel strength release. Not nearly as rich and flavorful, (obviously) but the light fruitiness makes for an interesting pour.

Smooth taste with cinnamon after finish. Hints of apple

Was not a huge fan of this one. Had an unusual flavor to me.

Faint apples and cinnamon on the nose… pleasant and not too strong. Palette had more apple and cinnamon and spices… tasted like Christmas bourbon. Short finish, but plenty good for a sipper.
