Tasting Notes

"As the name implies, this is a light whiskey -- both the high proof and aging in used barrels limit the influence of grain and oak. On the nose it offers scents of butterscotch and caramel corn. It's easy and sweet on the palate, but don't be deceived: At 90 proof, it still carries a little heat. This isn't the most complex whiskey, but those seeking a light and approachable spirit will enjoy it."
