However, their Whiskey Del Bac Classic Unsmoked is an exception. This single malt whiskey is distilled from unsmoked malt before being aged in small, 15-gallon barrels for about six months.

Tasting Notes
"On the nose it smells remarkably like fresh apple cider and rye bread. The palate goes very spicy all around the cabinet - clove, cinnamon, nutmeg, cardamom, ginger, allspice, even some oregano and sage. Ginger bread and earthy pine round it out before disappearing everything makes a dramatic, quick exit in a flash of fire. "
