Smells largely of winter fruit with rye notes and hints of spice. Tastes much more mellow than 10 year, heavy rye/spice notes are mellowed by presence of fruit notes. Processed as part of a flight

This is for the 12 year bespoke cask finished In Amburana. Wow, utterly amazing. Colour is light honey, strawlike. Nose is like a caramel apple, bright fresh and sugary. The taste is very much cinnamon toast crunch, true to the cask finish there is some sugarcane in here with a dose of cinnamon, maple, toffee, and cream. Dry, tannic texture. The spiciness and heat of the rye have been mellowed our significantly but there is a long floral, cinnamon finish.
