Sharp finish

Really enjoyable. Opened to celebrate an anniversary, and it was a good special occasion rye. The sweet notes from all the barrel finishes marry well and give this a richness and complexity on the finish. I wish this were higher proof, and a little bit richer finish, but those are minor quibbles. Worth the price when you can find it around the $100 mark, since there's not much to compare it to in that range. More than that and it starts to lose it's value proposition.

Private bottle rye. Very well done. Nice sweetness. Beautifully done.

Like the standard much better. Still solid though. Extra finish kills the spice.

Great flavor and balance of burn and smooth
