"With a slight straw-colored hue, this quince gin has a prominent tart, pear-like aroma, with just a hint of juniper spice. On the palate, there's a touch of viscosity, and the tartness of the quince is amplified. There's also an unmistakable saccharine note of sugared peach candies. This is an interesting take on a flavored gin, and it would likely be quite good on the rocks with a splash of soda water."
