very smooth, mellows fast, slight fruitiness not to be overpowering by that flavor.

This is a better bourbon. Very smooth, almost syrupy and sweet with vanilla and caramel. I enjoyed this with my wife and son on a quiet stay-at-home Saturday night.

The nose is oak forward along with cherry, cinnamon, vanilla, molasses and a hint of leather. The palate is rich and oaky with creamy vanilla, cinnamon, cherry syrup and cooked brown sugar. The finish is medium long with fading oak, cinnamon and cooked vanilla.
