A truly delicious Speyside. A little caramel, a bit of smoke. This one is distinctive- I could pick it out from a flight. It's Sunday night, I'm going back for seconds.

This was a nice dram with my grilled chicken on a Sunday night. Sweet and light, I'm going back for seconds. My brother couldn't share because he's on call.

Good stuff on a Sunday night. Not too sweet and a nice scotch flavor. Not the best thing I've ever had but really good and definitely worth the price. Cheers!

This was really good, it's not at all sweet so I consider this a 'grown ups' scotch. Not as rounded off (bland) as an 18 usually is - it's got some bite. I'm enjoying this quite a bit on a Sunday night with my father in law and I will definitely have a refill. Also not so expensive for an 18 I think it was $89. Cheers!!

Delicious, decidedly not sweet, not too complex, so I would say it's really a solid/slightly upgraded mid-week dram that pairs perfectly on a Wednesday evening with Radiohead's 1997 OK Computer. It's 3.9 stars so rounded up to 4. Cheers!

Having a dram on a random Wednesday evening, the first sip is like getting smacked with a 2x4, very woody. This is a lush Islay and suitable for your random Wednesday, too. Cheers!

I'm between 3.75 and a 4.0 on this one. Interesting that the 'professional' ratings are usually lower than user ratings for this Balvenie. And I can see why. It's a little sweet, lush and almost creamy. It's yummy, fun to drink. Also, I think fairly priced for a 17. Enjoy! 🥃🥃🥃

Delicious and my new favorite (for now). Smooth and noticeably better than other bourbons at this price point ($90-$100) and I think it beats the Bardstown #4 by a hair and that bottle is $50 more. Not too sweet. Just right.

Delicious, almost chocolatey and definitely a rich bourbon. My brother gave me this bottle for my birthday and I'm glad he did. I think The Honorable High 'n' Wicked might edge this out as my favorite (for now), but this Bardstown is great stuff and in my top 3.

I love this one. Its distinctive without being just super sweet. I compare it to Widow Jane 10 and I think this is a little better. Buy it.
