Widow Jane 10 Year Straight Bourbon

Dark caramel aroma. Some caramel but mostly cinnamon taste, flavor is good but balance is a little off. Medium tail. Didn't care for it at first but it slowly grew on me.

Sweet smell in the nose. Definitely mellows over ice. Getting vanilla and a little maple.

This has an immediate burn in the mouth but has a sweet profile. I enjoyed this with a little ice too mellow the burn while accentuating the flavor. This would be excellent to sip while sitting around a campfire in the fall.

Very nice and smoky on the nose. First sip is super smooth and sweet with vanilla and creme brulee flavors. The finish is nice and leaves a terrific taste that makes you wanting more.
