Capsule review from 2023 New Orleans Bourbon Festival: Green apple on the nose which carries over to the palate, a short finish but overall a nice sweetness throughout the entire experience.

Caramel and sweet smell. No bite in the smell, definitely smelling that maple flavor. Man that maple takes out any bite. Honestly I love it. I prefer a sweeter taste and the maple ensures it. It isnt as dessert-esque as advertised. Still tastes like a bourbon to me. Just not hitting all notes of a typical bourbon. Widow Jane is just a good brand.

Very enjoyable from nose to finish. Sweet but just right hints of the sweet taste. The ten year is delicious and then finished in the Maple Cask is just right.

Hands down best “dessert” bourbon out there.
