On the rocks - nose is mild, well seasoned oak with a hint of sweetness. Oak and caramel taste. Comes on strong but mellows on the tongue. Finish comes through smooth and buttery. There’s a little more there, nuanced and complimentary, yet elusive on this first go. Next up - neat.
