Very light and fresh smell, smooth on tge front of the tongue, the bittersweet comes from the back of the tongue as its going down. Hits bottom wsrmer than most 86 proofs ive had. Neat as usual and as it should be.
Spicy pecan / pecan shell smell. Color is very light but legs are strong! Hold well and can feel it in your mouth as it presses down against on your tongue while you drink. This is heavy! Initial taste is nothing but a gentle but over crowding spice which then fades away into a “im chewing tree bark” finish. Leaves your mouth dry. This new experience has left me wanting more.

Wild Turkey LongBranch Bourbon has complex aromas of caramel, baking spices, pipe tobacco, vanilla, and oak. The smooth entry goes into a palate of mesquite smoke and caramel. This whiskey ends with baking spices and sweet cinnamon.
