Very spicy rye, with a little bit of burn. After letting it sit and breathe for 15 minutes, it really opens up and becomes more enjoyable.

Neat, cocktail Nose blends caramel and spice nicely. Palette is dominated by rye with a short cinnamon finish. A great mixer.
