Wilderness Trail Bottled in Bond Single Barrel Bourbon (Wheated Bourbon)

Nose is sweet caramel. I enjoyed this dram. Sweet, caramel, vanilla and oak. Enjoyable with a nice finish.

Oak and mellow sweetness (vanilla, honey) on the nose. Full body texture. Not too sweet on the palate, briny, savory, salty. A good burn comes through in the tail. Not very long tail - slightly sweet.

Custard and oak. Green oak finish on second sip. Slight spice.
