Wilderness Trail Bottled in Bond Single Barrel Bourbon (Wheated Bourbon)

Strong at first and opens up with a small amount of water, every sip and smell gets better, smoother. First BiB, look forward to the bottle maturing.

Nose is sweet, pallet not much going on wheat flavor comes through but not that interesting, finishes with oak but not too harsh. It drinks like an 80 proof.

Sweet candy apple. Dark chocolate, with a hint of cherry. Well balanced heat on the end and rise.
