Reviewed November 14, 2020Nose is sweet, pallet not much going on wheat flavor comes through but not that interesting, finishes with oak but not too harsh. It drinks like an 80 proof. -

Reviewed October 17, 2020 (edited February 23, 2021)I absolutely love the nose on this. Caramel flan, rice pudding and bread pudding. A little banana in the back. Very strong sweet nose. The palate tries to mimick the nose but it's way more subdued. I find myself chewing, swishing and smacking trying to bring it forward but it hangs back a little. The finish is the weakest part. All peppery heat. You can tell how underage it is. But I can also tell this stuff is gonna be amazing once their barrels age a few more years and I'm excited for that. They're onto something and I think this will be the next heavy hitter in the near future. It's still worth a purchase now just so you can experience what they're onto.
