Wilderness Trail Bottled in Bond Small Batch Bourbon (High Rye Bourbon)

Cinnamon, fire, full

This bourbon has a very nice sweetness on the front end and a hint of spice on the back. It balances across the mouth very well.

Nice spice up front with brown sugar, caramel and cinnamon notes. The spice notes are long, but the sweetness gives way to vanilla, cereal, and a woody finish. Great bourbon for the price

Dark spicy aroma, vanilla and something dry, like rye spice. Flavor is great, spice and sweetness balance each other well. Medium body, pretty enjoyable. A little tame for me, but I love the balance between sweet and spice. I feel like there's an interesting floral flavor on the tail that I can't place.
